At this year’s annual meeting, to be held virtually on August 3, 2023, at 11:30 am Atlantic Standard Time (11:30 a.m. E.D.T.), you will have an important decision to make about the future of your investment in the Fund.<\/p>\n

La Junta de Directores del Fondo le exhorta a seleccionar en en el Proxy Card<\/i> BLANCO<\/b> la opci\u00f3n \u201cFOR ALL<\/b>\u201d (POR TODOS) para ejercer su voto a favor de los tres directores actuales nominados para reelecci\u00f3n, y asegurar la estabilidad y continuidad del Fondo.<\/p>\n

The Board also urges you to vote on the BLANCA<\/strong> proxy card “AGAINST<\/strong>” the\u00a0shareholder proposal to repeal any provision of, or amendment to, the Amended\u00a0and Restated By-Laws of the Fund adopted by the Board without the approval of\u00a0the Fund’s shareholders subsequent to September 23, 2021, which will limit the Board’s ability to act in the best interests of all shareholders.<\/p>\n

The current Board has a long history overseeing the Fund on behalf of shareholders and is committed to ensuring the Fund’s long-term viability, so that it continues to generate valuable dividend income for Puerto Rican residents like you.<\/p>\n
