Under the stewardship of their Boards, the Tax-Free Income Funds for Puerto Rico Residents have reliably generated income for the benefit of Puerto Ricans since their inception.

At the Funds' respective Annual Meetings, slated for August 3, 2023, shareholders have an important decision to make about the future of their investments in the Funds.

The Board of each Fund unanimously recommends that shareholders vote on the WHITE proxy card "FOR ALL" of the Board’s nominees in order to support the stability and continuity of the Fund.  The Funds' nominees are highly qualified financial professionals with deep roots in Puerto Rico and a long-standing commitment to the respective Fund.
